Geo402 terms of use

By paying for a request you (the operator of the agent or software making the purchase) accept these terms.

1. The service

Geo402 fetches individual public web pages on your behalf through residential proxy IPs in a country you choose, and returns their content, priced per page and paid in USDC via the x402 protocol. Payment is taken only when a page is successfully retrieved. We do not solve CAPTCHAs, bypass bot protection, log in to sites, or send data to sites on your behalf. Prices are shown before payment.

2. Prohibited uses

• Fraud, phishing, scams, payment or identity fraud, or concealing a crime.
• Spam, bulk messaging, or sending email.
• Attacks of any kind: denial of service, scanning or probing systems without authorization, malware distribution or control.
• Credential stuffing, brute-forcing logins, account takeover, or creating fake or bulk accounts.
• Click fraud, ad fraud, fake reviews, fake engagement, or ticket/inventory hoarding bots.
• Accessing content behind logins or paywalls without authorization, circumventing robots.txt, rate limits or other technical restrictions, or collecting non-public or personal data unlawfully.
• Infringing intellectual property or privacy rights, or any illegal activity in your jurisdiction, the target's jurisdiction or the exit IP's jurisdiction.
• Reselling access to the service, or using it to collect personal data at scale.

3. Enforcement

We monitor for abuse and act on reports. We may refuse any request at any time without refund, block the paying wallet address and any related wallets, refuse future purchases, and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities. Some destinations (for example banking, government and email services) may be blocked.

4. Limits

Requests are limited per target site, per wallet and per day, and pages are size-limited. We respect robots.txt and block sign-in, account, checkout and payment pages and categories of sites such as banking, email and identity services. Limits and blocked sites may change without notice.

5. Records

We keep request records (paying wallet address, time, target site and path, country, result) for up to 90 days to handle abuse and disputes. We do not store page contents and do not require names or email addresses.

6. No warranty

The service is provided as is, without warranty of availability, speed, or suitability for any purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected request. You are responsible for your use of the service and will indemnify us against claims arising from your violation of these terms.
